The Mayor
The Mayor of Los Santos is a pivotal role in the legislative branch of the State. The Mayor acts as the speaker of the house, directing the legislative agenda of the legislature, deciding which bills shall be voted upon. The Mayor calls a vote on all legislation, ensures legislation is viewed and vetted by all members of the legislature prior to it's approval, and has the ability to veto (reject) bills at their discretion.
