The Executive Branch
The Public Affairs Officer serves as the primary liaison between the government and the public. The officer manages public relations and media communication.
The Government Director (Business & Licensing) provides strategic leadership and oversight of the entire licensing framework, and other government involvement for businesses within the state.
The Licensing Officer is responsible for processing, reviewing, and issuing business licenses, as well as providing general support and guidance to businesses operating within the State of San Andreas, in compliance with the Business and Employment Code. The officer ensures that all business entities meet the legal criteria before licenses are granted.
The State Marshal Trainee participates in a structured training and development program to prepare for appointment as a State Marshal. Under close supervision, the trainee learns to perform duties related to civil process service, courtroom security, prisoner transport, and the enforcement of court orders.
The Judicial Branch (Department of Justice)
The Law Student participates in a structured educational program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of San Andreas legal systems, courtroom procedures, and government operations. This role is focused on learning and professional development rather than direct case assistance, preparing students for future legal careers.
The Public Defender provides legal representation to individuals charged with criminal offenses who cannot afford private counsel. This role is essential to upholding constitutional rights and ensuring due process within the criminal justice system of San Andreas.
The Assistant District Attorney prosecutes criminal cases on behalf of the State of San Andreas. ADAs are responsible for ensuring justice is served through fair and ethical prosecution of criminal offenses, working closely with law enforcement, victims, and the court system.
The Court Clerk performs administrative and courtroom support functions essential to the daily operation of the judiciary. This role ensures the integrity of case records, facilitates court proceedings, and provides procedural assistance to attorneys, judges, and the public. The Clerk is also enrolled as a trainee Judge.
The Legislative Branch
The Legislative Assistant provides direct administrative, policy, and legislative support to Members of Congress. This role is vital in helping elected officials manage their legislative workload, communicate with constituents, and draft effective bills and policy proposals that advance local and statewide priorities.
